About Us

Team Collaboration Session
20Legs was built on a simple idea:

learning should be practical, engaging, and immediately useful.

We work with organizations to improve how they plan, train, and execute their work, bridging the gap between ideas and real-world application.

With a background in facilitation, instructional design, and Lean practices, we bring a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project.

What Makes Us Different

  • We focus on practical application, not just theory

  • We design sessions that engage, not overwhelm

  • We build tools and systems that teams actually use

President and Educational Consultant

I help teams learn, plan, and execute their work more effectively.

With a background in facilitation, instructional design, and Lean practices, I specialize in creating practical learning experiences that go beyond theory. My goal is simple: to make complex concepts clear, usable, and relevant to the work people do every day.

Based in Guelph, I bring over 20 years of global experience across Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Contract Logistics within the healthcare industry. My corporate background has shaped a strong foundation in change management, enabling me to lead initiatives that drive cultural alignment, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across organizations.

I’ve led large-scale process and supply chain transformations that resulted in measurable impact—including significant cost savings, reduced cycle times, and meaningful decreases in human error. Using Six Sigma methodologies and a practical, people-focused approach, I’ve supported teams in implementing sustainable improvements and building confidence in execution.

Throughout my work, I’ve partnered with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to influence change, strengthen processes, and deliver training that is both engaging and immediately applicable. I believe the best learning happens when people are actively involved and can directly connect what they’ve learned to how they work.

Stacey holds an Honours B.Sc. from the University of Guelph, a B.Ed. in Adult Education, and an M.Ed. from Brock University. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and Technician, and Certified Supply Chain Professional (APICS).
